Unlocked Program Terms

Effective July 30, 2026. These terms apply to enrollment in Unlocked: The Fibromyalgia Recovery Program, run by Westlake Wellness. Please read them before you purchase.

1. What you are enrolling in

Unlocked is a twelve week group coaching program. It includes twelve live 90 minute group sessions, a 30 minute intake and health history call before week one, a video curriculum of twelve concept modules and twelve guided practice recordings, a participant workbook, access to a private cohort thread, measurement at week one and week twelve, and twelve months of access to recordings and modules from your cohort start date.

2. Dates and format

Sessions run Tuesdays at 6:30pm Central for 90 minutes, beginning Tuesday September 8, 2026 and ending Tuesday December 1, 2026. There is no session during the week of November 24. Sessions are delivered live by video and are recorded. Group size is capped between eight and ten participants.

3. Price and payment

The founding rate is $1,100, payable in full at checkout. Instalment options offered by third party providers at checkout, including Klarna and Afterpay, are agreements between you and that provider. Westlake Wellness receives payment in full at the time of purchase and is not a party to those agreements.

Where an instalment plan is arranged directly with Westlake Wellness, the first payment is taken at checkout and the remaining payments are taken on the same date in each following month.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund at any time up to the conclusion of session two. Refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected]. After session two, fees are non refundable, and any remaining instalments under a plan arranged directly with Westlake Wellness remain payable.

5. Completion guarantee

If you complete the program and have not improved, you may join the next running group at no additional cost.

To qualify you must have attended at least ten of the twelve live sessions and submitted at least ten of the twelve weekly assignments. This guarantee is limited to one additional cohort and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.

If no subsequent group runs within twelve months of your cohort ending, your fee will be refunded in full.

6. If the program does not run

A minimum of five enrolled participants is required for the group to function as designed. If fewer than five are enrolled by the enrollment deadline, the cohort will be postponed and all fees refunded in full. You will be notified by email.

7. What is not included

Functional laboratory testing, supplement protocols, one to one coaching sessions, and trauma processing are not part of this program. These are deliberate exclusions.

8. Scope of practice

Westlake Wellness provides health coaching and education. This program is not psychotherapy, not medical care, and not a substitute for either. Rob Caliolo is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, or dietitian, and nothing in this program constitutes medical diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment.

You should continue to work with your own medical and mental health providers. Do not start, stop, or change any medication or medical treatment on the basis of anything in this program. Always consult a qualified professional about your individual circumstances.

Coaching methods used in this program are informed by pain neuroscience, pain reprocessing, somatic and cognitive approaches. Where a method has a clinical form delivered by licensed practitioners, this program does not deliver that clinical form.

9. Health and safety

The intake call includes screening questions. Some participants may be asked to work with a licensed mental health professional alongside this program as a condition of participation.

This program is not a crisis service and is not monitored between sessions. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact your local emergency number, or in the United States call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

You are never required to share anything you do not wish to share, and you may pause or step out of any exercise at any time.

10. Group confidentiality

What is shared in the group stays in the group. By enrolling you agree not to repeat, record, screenshot, publish, or otherwise share another participant identity or anything they disclose during sessions or in the cohort thread.

This obligation continues after the program ends. Westlake Wellness may remove a participant who breaches it, without refund.

11. Recordings

Live sessions are recorded and shared with the cohort. Recordings are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed. If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off. If a recording is ever to be used for any purpose beyond the cohort, we will ask for your written permission first.

12. Materials and conduct

Program materials, including videos, recordings, and the workbook, are the property of Westlake Wellness and are licensed to you for personal use. They may not be copied, resold, or shared.

Participants are expected to follow the group agreements provided before week one. Westlake Wellness may remove a participant whose conduct is harmful to the group.

13. Changes

Session dates or times may change in exceptional circumstances. You will be given as much notice as possible and a recording will always be provided.

14. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to enroll. This program is currently offered to residents of the United States only.

This program is designed for people who have received a fibromyalgia diagnosis. It is not appropriate if your symptoms are still being investigated and undiagnosed, or if you are currently in psychiatric crisis. If either applies, please do not enroll. Contact us and we will refund you.

15. No guarantee of results

Individual results vary and no specific outcome is promised or implied. Nothing on our website, in our marketing, in the program materials, or said during sessions should be taken as a promise that your symptoms will improve, reduce, or resolve.

The completion guarantee in section 5 is an offer of additional program access under defined conditions. It is not a guarantee of any health outcome.

16. Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your own health decisions throughout this program. Participation is voluntary at every step. You decide what to practice, what to share, and what to apply to your life, and you accept the ordinary risks of participating in a coaching program that involves attention to physical sensation, emotion, and changes to daily habits.

If at any point a practice does not feel right for you, stop, and raise it with us or with your own provider.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Westlake Wellness and Rob Caliolo to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this program is limited to the amount you actually paid for it.

Neither Westlake Wellness nor Rob Caliolo is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from your participation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

21. Your place is not transferable

Your enrollment is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or give your place to another person. Enrollment requires an individual intake call and screening, so a seat cannot be reassigned once purchased.

22. Testimonials and feedback

If you choose to give feedback or a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it in our marketing.

Before we publish anything that includes your name, likeness, voice, or video, we will ask you separately and in writing. You may withdraw permission at any time by email, and we will stop using it in new materials.

Providing a testimonial is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of participation, of the completion guarantee, or of anything else.

23. Communications

By enrolling you agree that we may contact you by email, and by text message if you provide a mobile number, about scheduling, session reminders, materials, and anything else needed to run the program. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time, but program communications are necessary while you are enrolled.

24. Events outside our control

If a session cannot be delivered because of an event outside our reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, or emergency, we will reschedule it or provide a recording. This does not entitle you to a refund beyond the window in section 4.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchased is the version that applies to your enrollment, and we will email you if anything material changes during your cohort.

26. General

These terms, together with the policies listed below, are the entire agreement between you and Westlake Wellness for this program, and replace any earlier discussions or representations.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

27. Other policies

These program terms sit alongside our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. Where these program terms conflict with the general terms on a matter specific to this program, these program terms apply.
